What shipping methods do you currently use?

We offer USPS and UPS at this time. However, our Love Bumpers are usually shipped via Fed-Ex and some books are shipped USPS media mail.


What are your shipping costs?

International Rates: All International is shipped USPS. Canada add $16.00/USD (to cover tariffs) to the USPS Pricing below:

After my order is placed, when is my order shipped?

We make every effort to get you your order in a timely manner. Orders placed before 8 am PST Monday through Friday will most likely be shipped that afternoon. Orders placed after 8 am PST Monday through Thursday will most likely be shipped the next business day. Weekend orders placed between 8 am PST Friday and 8 am PST Monday will most likely be shipped Monday morning but may be shipped as late as Tuesday morning. Orders placed on or around federal United States holidays may require extra shipping time.


When will my order arrive?

Shipping times are subject to the shipping method requested. SSM does not guarantee specific shipping times or dates but makes every effort to ensure the timely shipping of all customer orders.


What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to many state health laws and the intimate and personal nature of the products sold by Simply Sweet Marriage, LLC., we are unable to accept returns. No exceptions. We are aware that some online lingerie retailers are offering returns on intimate apparel. Please, for your own health and safety consider that some of these sites simply reship returned items that may have been used or worn by others. Please Contact Us with questions or comments.


Can I fax or make a credit card order over the phone?

Due to liability and accuracy, we prefer that all orders be made online. For your protection, we use a third party (PayPal) to process your credit card. We never see your credit card information. Please feel free to email us with questions you may have about certain products.


Do you ship to AFO/APO boxes?

Yes we do! Because we are a non-pornographic site we qualify to ship to AFO/APO boxes. There are some large items such as our Love Bumper furniture, and some perishable items such as the Chocolate Lover's Dice, that we are unable to ship due to U.S. postal regulations.


What happens if I ordered the wrong item or size?

Please check your order carefully. In accordance with our return policy all sales are final.


What happens if the wrong items/order gets shipped to me?

Processing and shipping errors will be corrected once the customer contacts SimplySweetMarriage.com and in accordance with the original customer order. Defective items are subject to verification. Customers must inform SimplySweetMarriage.com of any order discrepancy within 3 days from the receiving date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. Please Contact Us with questions or comments.


I was emailed about an item that was back ordered, when will it ship?

We do our best to notify our customers about back orders by marking an item as "Temporarily Out of Stock" and make it unorderable. Rarely an item is purchased in unusual amounts within 24 hours. Should a back order occur with an item that you purchased, we will notify you by EMAIL as soon as possible and let you know the expected time of arrival for that item. We will not process your order until you have sent your email response.
